Project - Tomlinson Height

The owner took this apartment at Tomlinson Height condominium and renovated the space so that it lives up to its prestigious location. The luxe interiors are clad in subtle prints, patterns and textures, all of which come together to create a home that epitomises the high life.

Often, it takes mere seconds to decipher a person’s individual style simply by taking in the design and ambience of a home. Functional yet contemporary, this bachelor pad exudes simplicity and sophistication, perhaps a reflection of the owner’s understated ways.

To many, a greyscale colour scheme for the home is one of the safest decoration routes to follow. But truth be told, it’s not the easiest thing to pull off, especially when one envisions something quite dramatic. This apartment however, pulls it off with great aplomb.

The living room makes a strong impact with the charcoal grey colour that sweeps across the wall on one side of the room. It’s accentuated by cove lighting that creates a sense of depth.

When it came to the furniture choices, i proposed to followed suit with a dark colour, but accentuated the palate with soft furnishings like a rug and a throw for a welcome burst of colour.
