Project - Upper Serangoon View

Raw materials, rustic textures and an industrial edge harmoniously come together in this executive apartment. The newlyweds that stay here wanted a home that would commemorate the next step in their journey together with a home that is characterised by the homeowners’ personal touch.

The design relied on organic textures – like cultured brick wall in the living room and wood and black laminates in the kitchen – for a homely feel.

Two rooms were combined to create the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in wardrobe wardrobe an a study corner. Similarly, a spare bedroom has been converted into a functional study room with a full wall of sliding glass doors.
